About

I help media organizations make better decisions.

My work sits at the intersection of programming, audience behavior, staff leadership, and organizational change. At WHRO Public Media, I serve as Senior Director of Audio and Audience Strategy, leading audio programming and audience development across broadcast, digital, podcast, and streaming platforms.

That work includes programming strategy, content development, staff leadership, budgeting, talent coaching, and long-term planning for organizations, audiences, and services. The through-line is consistent: build strong teams, clarify systems, improve the work, and help organizations adapt without losing the human judgment that gives the work value.

Programming and Audience Strategy

Programming is more than filling a schedule.

It is the discipline of understanding audience behavior, institutional mission, talent, timing, platform, and trust. Strong programming has to serve the audience, support the mission, respect the brand, and make practical sense for the people responsible for producing it.
